500 g orange pumpkin, 200 g white onions, olive oil, salt, pepper, white vinegar, sugar
Finely chop the onions and sauté in white vinegar. When half done, add the sugar. Stir and cook over a low flame until the sugar has melted completely. Slice the pumpkin and fry in a generous quantity of oil. Arrange the fried slices of pumpkin in a pyrex dish and pour the sweet and sour sauce on it.
