Our next cooking courses should take place in spring 2009, original Sicilian cuisine celebrated by our chef Heiko Fehl, who has been creating delicious cuisine for us for over 25 years and has been our Chef de Cusine for over 10 years now.
He and his team have decisively shaped our cuisine's style and are responsible for its outstanding reputation both in all of Sicily and amongst our guests.
